At Skin By Issa, we value the time and trust of each client. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read our policies carefully.
1. No Refunds & No Returns
Services
All services are final sale. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be given under any circumstance.
Products
All product sales are final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any skincare or retail products, purchased in-store or online.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Fees

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a fee.

If you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, or

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time,
your appointment will be classified as a No-Show.
No-Show Fee:

All No-Shows are charged a $60 no-show fee.

This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before you can book any future appointments.
